Ordering and Delivery Information

All orders placed online will receive an "In Process" acknowledgement.
All confirmed orders will receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed. 
There will be an additional delivery charge to all orders made. We cover all parts of mainland Singapore.

Prices reflected on the website are nett prices.
For gifts sending to islands (example: Sentosa) and some remote part of the mainland Singapore (example: Ama Keng Road), we will impose a higher delivery surcharge.

For urgent order using the 2 hours Express service, please call  Tel : (65) 6243 2997 to check with us. A nominal charge will be levied upon acceptance of the order. Please note that the 2-hrs will commence at the point which the order is accepted and confirmed. (Urgent orders will only be processed during our normal office hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.)

Payment Modes

VISA / MASTERCARD / Bank Transfer - You can pay either by Visa, Mastercard or Bank Transfer.

Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be make within 24 hours before delivery. You have to call Tel: (65) 6243 2997 to make the necessary changes.

Recipient's address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. In cases of re-direction, we will charge an additional delivery charge and in cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 50% of the original selling price.

Substitution

Queenflora reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.
Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year etc.

Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.
